Our company was founded in 2011, but the experience is strarted several decades ago. The company's main profile is the high-pressure casting of zinc. The raw material of castings is majority ZAMAK 5 (ZnAl4Cu1) and the less is aluminium.

Our machines are automatic hot chamber die casting machines. The castings  are polished trimmed, drilled, deburred, vibratory finished, shot blusted, packaged based on the custemer specifications.

We try absolutely satisfy to the demands of our customers to always keep the products in the right quality and deliver it in time. Currently the maximum weight  what we can produce is 3 kg.

We can produce with used tools also but we are able to make a new tool based on 3D model of the part in cooperation with our tool maker subcontractors. We have a tool shop for servicing and do smaller repairs on the tool.

We help our customers even at the design phase to be trouble free the series production in the future.

Our target is the customer satisfaction what we guarantee with keeping the quality at a high level  and with the persistent development.

The production area is approx. 500 qm but we plan to doubling this area. We also plan to set up production cells to optimize the existing processes. The target deadline of setting up the cells is the end of the first quarter of 2012.
